Rob has worked in and around the NDIS since it's inception, including running a provider in a trial site. As Founder and Director of a values-based service provider, he led all areas of the organisation working with several hundred Participants and engaging more than 100 staff members. As well as this, his roles in the disability sector over the last 15 years have covered direct support work, project management, business development, and policy development. This includes successfully applying for and managing several ILC projects, and advocacy roles. He has experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and the UK including large and small organisations, and Board and Committee of Management roles. Combining a lived experience of the Early Childhood Early Intervention approach with professional experience of the realities of life as a provider, Rob has a personal interest in ambitious service improvement.
