We sometimes compare Support Coordination to navigating a storm - you can't control the weather but you can learn to sail. Rather than constantly seeking answers from the NDIA, we want to build Support Coordinators' skills in solving problems as they arise. We do this by breaking down complex policy detail to allow Support Coordinators to view it as a powerful tool, rather than a barrier.
