Lee Archer



Lee has twenty five years experience working across NGOs and government, with particular focus on advocacy, justice and disability. She has worked with the Supreme Court of Victoria in the management of compensation funds for people with catastrophic injury, in driving court reform and innovation as part of the Therapeutic Justice team in the Department of Justice in Victoria. She served ten years as a director on the Board of Inner Melbourne Legal Service, leading service reform and restructure. Lee was a pioneer of the early days of the NDIA working in the regional sites and National Office in scheme design, governance, LAC contract management and Engagement, and continues to work closely in the sector with the Summer Foundation. Lee has a passion for innovation and is working on new ways to connect the community and not for profit sector with business mentorship. Lee has lived experience of disability, including support of family members.
