A very rare NDIS bird indeed. Jonathan is a commercial operator who mixes business smarts with frontline disability experience to create financially sustainable NDIS business operations. He assists providers to better understand their NDIS revenue and cost drivers and the levers to deliver better financial and social outcomes. He has assisted housing providers to develop commercially viable organisational structures and rosters, ADE providers to generate more financially sustainable business models and Support Coordination services to identify business performance targets.
Jonathan owns a boutique home & community care business so he knows gets just how hard life is for an NDIS provider. He has also had a long consulting career and hence is pragmatic and focused on practical solutions that provide tangible numbers that stack up. He’s DSC’s very own Gouldian Finch.

Shiung Low is the Founder and CEO of ValueLab, a global social impact network that exists to optimise human potential through information, innovation and investment. Prior to becoming the CEO of ValueLab, Shiung was the Director of Skunkworks for World Vision Australia, the largest NGO in Australia. Shiung has worked in, taught and studied architecture, commerce, international relations, lean start-up methodology, design thinking, classical philosophy and partnership brokering. He has worked and lived in many countries across five continents and speak various languages and dialects. Shiung is a troublemaker and a peacemaker.
Dr Kylie Morgan
Kylie completed her PhD in 2007, is an NDIS brainiac and is doubly brainiac-y on all things NDIS mental health. She has over 15 years experience working in the mental health, disability and aged care sectors. She has extensive experience designing, implementing and evaluating mental health programs. Through her experience as a carer of her brother-in-law, Kylie has also developed a passion for assisting organisations to develop Specialist Disability Accommodation.
In the course of her work and studies, Kylie has developed advanced skills in the management and development of staff, program design and establishment, stakeholder and consumer engagement, and budget management.
Kylie is a Subject Matter Specialist in SDA & SIL.
Vicki has over 20 years experience across the NGO and Higher Education sectors in the UK and Australia. She has held diverse roles from caseworker through to leadership positions in service delivery and operational management. Her most significant experience is in senior project, event, operational, budget and process management. Vicki has lived experience as a carer, caring for her mother who had Multiple Sclerosis. This experience has fed a passion to use her business experience to support best practice in the NDIS.
