Ann Drieberg



Ann has qualifications in Psychology and over 25 years working in the disability, mental health, and aged care sectors. She has worked for both not-for-profit and for-profit organisations across Victoria, Qld, NSW, and South Australia in National and State Operations, Business Development, Service Delivery and more recently in General Management roles.

Ann's most recent management experience included the development and delivery of a range of Core and Capacity Building services in the Barwon and Hunter NDIS trial sites, transitioning Specialist Disability Accommodation Services in Adelaide and Sydney and transitioning a national organisation into NDIS. Ann has firsthand experience with the registration process in 4 states, including registration as a National NDIS Provider of supports in trial and full scheme sites. She has experience in system and process review, analysis and implementation, acquisitions, due diligence, and the integration of merged/acquired services. Ann is highly skilled in the development of new business, products, partnerships, and processes aligned with emerging trends and new service and funding frameworks supporting people with disability (including mental health) in a way that is innovative, and creative.
